No — and this is by design. The entire value of TrustedFunders, for your future customers and for you, comes from every review being real and staying visible regardless of whether it is good or bad. No plan, at any tier, gives a business the ability to delete, hide or edit a review that follows our content rules. What a paid plan does give you is the tools to reply publicly to any review, add context, and show how you resolved a complaint — which tends to build far more trust than a suspiciously spotless profile. If a specific review breaks our rules (it is fraudulent, defamatory, or unrelated to a real experience with your business), you can report it and our moderation team will evaluate it against those rules, never against how it affects your rating.

No. We do not offer, and our terms forbid, review campaigns that only target satisfied customers or filter out unhappy ones. Inviting all of your customers equally to leave a review is fine and encouraged; cherry-picking who gets asked is not.

Nothing happens to them. Your public profile and every review it has stay online exactly as they are. Cancelling a subscription only removes access to the paid tools tied to that plan — public replies, the reputation widget, the statistics dashboard — not the reviews themselves.

No. A review is only removed when our moderation team determines it breaks our content rules — using the exact same criteria for every business, whether or not they are a paying customer. Being on a paid plan does not change how a report is evaluated.

Yes, replying is entirely up to you. What you cannot do is hide the reviews you choose not to reply to — they remain visible either way.
